My comments on the referendum:

I am surprised that no one has raised on the pages of the Wildcat the concern that both ASU and NAU not only have much better unions than UA, but their students DO NOT pay a special fee. In addition, these two unions were financed without a student fee in some of the tightest financial times higher education has ever experienced in our state. How is this so?

As the referendum sits less than a month away, I get the feeling that students do not have all the information they deserve in making an informed decision on the union fee.
