Today on Campus

  • Interested in studying at a different American university for one or two semesters? If so, be sure to attend the National Student Exchange. This informational meeting will be held in Room 305 of the Harvill Building from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.

  • E.A. Elsayed of Rutgers University will join us today to discuss "Reliability Estimates from Accelerated Life Testing Data." This seminar begins at 2 p.m. in Room 301 of Engineering.

  • Today, from 4:30 to 6 p.m., Fred Lerdahl, of Lawrence University, Princeton and Tanglewood speaks on his music as part of The Visiting Composers Series. His presentation takes place in Music, Room 146.

  • Monty Kennedy of Tucson's MK Engineering presents "The Aerospace Industry as Viewed by a Mechanical Engineering Consultant." Hear what he has to say at 4 p.m. in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, Room S202.

  • You still have a chance to be a good citizen. Join Project Volunteer this afternoon in exploring one of the agencies in Tucson that offer volunteer opportunities. Meet at 3:30 in front of the UA Associated Students Bookstore and be a part of Fall Service Week, which ends tomorrow.
