An officer and a gentleman

Adam F. Jarrold Arizona Daily Wildcat Staff Sergeant Todd Gilingham questions midshipman Petersen about a spot on her hat yesterday during an inspection of the Naval ROTC on the lawn of the Arizona State Museum. The ROTC battalion is a combination of both Navy and Marine students and is inspected twice a semester, once by the student leaders and also by the Military commanding officer of the UA ROTC program.
