Greeks buried in garbage

To the Editor:

Concerning "Garbage on the Greek Highway (AZ. Daily Wildcat, 12/9/97), if one wants to evaluate the garbage management skills of greek organizations first hand, take a scenic drive along the west side of the AHSC Ring Road that runs behind several fraternities.

These guys dump more garbage on the ground than in the dumpsters, and have no problem leaving it that way for weeks on end. It now appears that Greek "efforts" at trash collection on I-10 have matched the low expectations that neighbors of other Greek houseshave had for years.

At least they are consistent!
