SEATTLE (AP) - Amber Hall scored on a driving layup with 12.8 seconds left to send No. 21 Washington to a 77-73 victory over No. 8 Arizona yesterday night.

Hall hit a free throw with 3.8 seconds left and Gena Pelz added another with 1.1 seconds left to seal the win for the Huskies (14-5, 5-5 Pac-10).

Arizona's Felecity Willis had erased a six-point Washington lead in an 11-second span down the stretch. She tied the game with 40.3 seconds left with a four-point play, making a layup after being intentionally fouled.

Hall finished with 22 points for Washington. Pelz and Jamie Redd each scored 15 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for the Huskies.

Arizona's Adia Barnes scored 24 points to become her school's first 2,000-point scorer. She also became the sixth-leading scorer in Pac-10 history.

Willis scored 14 points and Reshea Bristol added 11 for Arizona (14-5, 7-3), who fell to 0-11 at Washington.

Arizona led only once in the second half and foul trouble hurt the Wildcats down the stretch. Marte Alexander fouled out with 2:48 left and Barnes fouled out with 1:07 left.

The Huskies hit five 3-pointers in the first half, two each by Molly Hills and Sarah Duncan, to take a 38-33 halftime lead.
