Arizona Daily Wildcat JOHN PAYSON LEE/Arizona Daily Wildcat Elderly people shelter themselves from the blistering sun at the University of Arizona Sarver Heart Center 'Roof Raising' ceremony yesterday. They are celebrating the construction kick-off for the center's three-story research facility, which will be built atop the UA College of Medicine. The $10 million project is expected to be complete next year. UA President Peter Likins spoke at the event.
