University police are still investigating an alleged rape that occurred the morning of Nov. 15 at the Beta Theta Pi fraternity.

Once lab results are returned to the University of Arizona Police Department, "we will present the case to the county attorney," university police Cmdr. Brain Seastone said.

Police are not sure when or if and arrest will be made, Seastone said.

An 18-year-old resident of Beta Theta Pi, 645 E. University Blvd., whose name police would not disclose, is suspected in the case.

The alleged victim, a member of a UA sorority, went to an off-campus party the night of Nov. 14 with the Beta member and went to another party later that night with him.

She told police she then went to his home and drank some cham-pagne with him. The sorority mem-ber said she felt dizzy and lay down.

She told police she saw him on top of her later that night and woke up the next morning feeling as if she had engaged in sexual intercourse.
