Cartoon worthless

Talk about this story

To the editor,

I am writing to congratulate Tommy Cannon, the creator of the cartoon, "Iguana Factory." I am very impressed with him and his work. Not because I find the comic funny (Root canals are more humorous). Also, I am not congratulating him on his skill as an artist (I know arthritic chimpanzees with more drawing talent). The reason I believe this young man deserves to be lauded is that he has managed to get this excrement of a comic published!

On a daily basis! He is presumably paid to churn out this garbage! Against all odds, a man with no artistic or comedic ability has managed to procure himself this cushy job. This, as I am sure, was no small feat, and he deserves praise for accomplishing it. Further, the comic is not completely without use: It is excellent at inducing vomiting in people who suffer from bulimia! So keep up the good work, Tommy! Show the world that talentless hacks such as yourself can make it, after all! I'll be cheering for ya!
