Human resource management senior and Memorial Student Union kitchen supervisor Glen Brostedt carves one of 10 thanksgiving turkeys that were served during a candlelit Thanksgiving buffet dinner last night in the Fiddlee Fig restaurant. Customers were treated to cranberries, stuffing, white or dark turkey, pumpkin pie, vegetables and other typical Thanksgiving treats.
