Matt Heistand Arizona Daily Wildcat Stu Deltain, political science sophomore sits in front of the student bookstore smoking Tuesday afternoon. The Arizona Program for Nicotine and Tobacco Research is conducting a study in search for an "effective treatment for adults who want to reduce their smoking." The program is in search of 30 adult volunteers. The volunteers must attend 10 required visits at the Arizona Program for Nicotine and Tobacco Research clinic, 1145 N. Campbell Ave. Volunteers will use a nicotine inhaler for up to a year while participating in the study.
