Women's national preview: Preseason Top 25

The No. 1 Connecticut Huskies will fill their opponents with fear - and not only because they lost just one game last season en route to their third NCAA Championship in four years.

UConn returns every single one of its players from last season. That includes 2003 National Player of the Year Diana Taurasi, who led the Huskies in points, rebounds, assists and blocks in 2002-03. The senior guard/forward leads a team that outscored its opponents by an average of more than 20 points last year.

The Huskies also grabbed ten more rebounds per contest and dished out nearly twice as many assists as their foes.
