A 24-year-old man was arrested for driving drunk early Sunday on North Campbell Avenue near East Enke Drive.

Police are seeking charges of driving under the influence against James B. Hudson of the 3900 block of North Stone Avenue.

Hudson's car reportedly was straddling lanes on Campbell, causing other motorists to brake sharply before police stopped the car.

Police noticed an alcoholic odor emanating from the car which contained Hudson and five other people. Hudson reportedly had a difficult time finding his driver's license and would not turn off his car when police requested it.

Hudson reportedly told police he drank about three beers that evening. He was arrested after failing a field sobriety test. ששש
