A 19-year old male was arrested and charged with driving under the influence Sunday morning.

Robert S. Gilbert of Colorado Springs, Colo., was arrested at 1:13 a.m. Sunday after police noticed two members of the Sigma Phi Epsilon house yelling at a Jeep driving east out of the parking lot near the house. One of the men said passengers of the Jeep were trying to vandalize his car.

Police stopped a Jeep matching the description given by the two men and asked Gilbert, the driver, for his license. Police noted Gilbert smelled of alcohol on his breath and body and used slurred speech. Gilbert said he was "looking for a party."

Police took Gilbert to UAPD headquarters and administered a sobriety test. He was then transported to Pima County Jail.

A Purple Diamondback men's mountain bicycle and a Kryptonite U-Lock were reported stolen from the east side of the Arizona-Sonora Residence Hall between 3 p.m. and 7:55 p.m. Tuesday.

The bicycle is valued at $475 and the lock is valued at $20.

Police have no suspects.

A red Trek men's mountain bicycle was reported stolen from the Sigma Kappa sorority house Monday at 3 p.m. The bicycle is valued at $600.

Police have no suspects.

A wallet was reported stolen Tuesday from the Law Library between 3:15 p.m and 4 p.m. Sunday. The victim said he left his wallet in the Lexus computer room and later discovered his wallet was missing.

The wallet containted about $20, an Adam Sandler concert ticket, a student ID card and several credit cards. Police have no suspects.
