The Arizona women's golf team is in Corvallis, Ore., today for the Nike Invitational.
The UA, coming off an eighth-place finish at the Dick McGuire Invitational in Albuquerque, N.M., last week, will play at the site of the Pacific 10 Conference Championship Tournament, to be held next April.
Arizona will look to senior team captain Ulrika Johansson for advice on playing in Oregon's wet climate.
"Ulrika played in a lot of European tournaments, so she's very well trained in adverse weather conditions," Coach Kim Haddow said.
Johansson performed well last week in Albuquerque, shooting an even par 73 on Tuesday.
"I was 2-under on the back, so I was pretty happy," Johansson said.
The Nike Invitational, co-hosted by the University of Oregon and Oregon State University, is the Wildcats' second contest of the season.
