Two Tucson residents were arrested on charges of drug paraphernalia Sunday night after police witnessed them driving erratically.

Police were seeking charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving intoxicated against Paul S. Boyd, 35, of the 6800 block of North Oracle Road, and possession of drug paraphernalia against Lori A. Jones, 36, of the 3100 block of East Towner. Police also had a misdemeanor warrant out on Boyd.

Police saw a tan van heading north on Campbell Avenue, going about 10 miles under the speed limit and consistently swerving. Police found a razor blade and a glass pipe containing residue on Boyd.

One of the officers then approached Jones, who had her arm between seat cushions on the passenger side. After she exited the vehicle, the officer found two glass pipes in the cushions, and a razor blade with a small box containing white residue in her purse.

Upon searching the van, police found a scale with residue, a container with a white crystalline substance, a container with residue and four pipes with residue.

Boyd was taken to Pima County Jail. Jones was cited and released.

A purple Diamondback mountain bicycle valued at $800 was stolen Friday.

The owner left the bicycle U-locked to a rack west of the Psychology building at about 9 a.m. The bicycle was gone, along with the lock, when the owner returned an hour later.

Police have no suspects.

A white Trek bicycle valued at $1,500 was stolen over the weekend.

The owner left the bicycle locked with a cable to a rack in front of the Arizona-Sonora residence hall Sunday night. When the owner returned Monday afternoon, the bicycle was gone.

Police have no suspects.

Five alcohol-related arrests were reported over the weekend.

On Saturday, Jason M. Bailey, 18, of the 800 block of East Fifth Street was arrested and charged with minor in possession, and Terrill R. Williams, 18, of the 3700 block of North First Avenue was arrested and charged with minor operating vehicle with liquor in body.

On Sunday, Betty Martinez, 37, of the 3900 block of East Hampton Place, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

On Monday, Kevin D. Doran, 19, of the 900 block of East Fifth Street was arrested and charged with minor in possession and providing false information to law enforcement, and Christian M. Homer, 21, of the 700 block of East Fifth Street, was arrested and charged with public consumption.
