Registrar's Office plans

to divert students to CCIT

Beginning today, many Registrar's Office employees will be required in the Student Service Center, CCIT Room 236.

This is going to adversely impact the office's ability to serve customers in its regular offices, on the main and third floors of the Administration Building.

The following Registrar processes will be handled in CCIT 236 and will not be dealt with in its regular offices:

˜ all late registrations

˜ change of schedule forms (drop/adds)

˜ enrollment verifications (collected and processed as lines permit)

˜ student's class schedule printouts

˜ change of addresses (collected and processed as lines permit)

Questions related to any of these functions are being fielded at 621-7809.

The Registrar's Office fully expects that students may have some difficulty reaching certain employees and/or certain sections of its office during this time period.

The National Conversation is a nationwide effort funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities that is aimed at fostering community discussion about our nation's pluralism and diversity.
