UA students will need time and patience if they want to add a class before tomorrow's deadline.
Long lines are expected to delay the processing of add/drop forms since many students have waited until the last minute.
"Students need to realize that this is just something that needs to be done," said Barbara Mrasak, staff of the Graduate College.
Many students said they have waited until the last moment to add for various reasons. Students said they have either needed guidance from their advisors, been asked by professors to wait due to class size, or have not known whether a particular class was going to be offered.
Sonya Montgomery, an art senior, did not know until yesterday whether she would get into the metals class she wanted.
"I wanted to use RSVP to add the class, but I have to stand in line," she said.
Students need to go to the Computer Center, on the southeast corner of Mountain Avenue and Speedway Boulevard, by 4 p.m. Friday to add a class using an add/drop form.
