Comedy Corner

Park Student Center will be bursting with laughter as Comedy Corner performs today at 7 p.m.

The show is intended for students who are hoping to see an increase in the Park Student Center's nighttime activities and for those who are unable to attend Comedy Corner's regular shows at noon on Fridays in the Student Union Cellar.

Sheila Levrant de Bretteville, Yale graphic design studies director, will lecture on her recent work tomorrow at 7 p.m. in the College of Architecture Auditorium.

De Bretteville has been creating and restructuring design institutions and programs for more than 20 years.

The lecture is presented by the Art Department at the UA. It is sponsored by the Tucson Visiting Artists Consortium and the UA Visiting Artist's Committee, with support from the Gallagher Fund and the Art Department's visual communications area.

The event is free to the public.

Interaction la eggs

Today is the last day to register for Eggs la Campus, a Student Union-catered, free breakfast for students to share with faculty.

Anyone wishing to attend can sign up in Student Union Room 353.

The breakfast promotes "interaction between faculty and students in an informal way," said Sandy Beeler, administration secretary for the Center for Off-Campus Students.

The biannual Eggs la Campus is going to be held on Wednesday, October 25, in the Student Union Rincon Room from 7:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. The breakfast is sponsored by the Department of Student Programs, Faculty Student Interaction Fund and the New Traditional Student Advisory Council.

Art exhibit

The UA Museum of Art, at the southeast corner of Park and Speedway, presents an exhibition titled, "Catherine Nash: A Spiral to Within," starting tomorrow and running through Nov. 22.

The exhibition is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon to 4 p.m. on Sundays. It will be closed on Saturdays and on UA holidays.

Admission is free.
