'Angels' at the UA
Part I of the Pulitzer prize-winning play "Angels in America" will be performed tonight at 7:30 p.m. at Centenial Hall.
Ticket prices are $35, $29 and $19, with $4 off for all full-time college students, children and UA faculty/staff. Limit two discounted tickets per ID.
Student rush tickets will be sold on an as-available basis at the box office beginning 45 minutes prior to the performance for $5.

Oktoberfest
The four day Oktoberfest starts today at the Reid Park Annex Fields (West of Hi Corbett Field) to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Southern Arizona.
Event hours will be Thursday and Friday from 5 to 11 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Admission is $2 for adults and free for children under 12. On Sunday, admission is free with a UA/USC ticket stub.
New fraternity
Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity is holding its second informational meeting today at 6:30 p.m. in Student Union Room 281.
Pi Kappa Phi is starting a new fraternity at the UA, though they were on campus from 1951 to 1963.
The fraternity was invited by the Interfraternity Council and the Greek Life Office.
HTML workshop
Golda Bernstein, president of the Internet Workshop, is presenting a Advanced HTML workshop Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon at ITT Tech, 1840 E. Benson Highway. Registration is required.

Poetry contest
The National Library of Poetry presents the North American Open Poetry Contest.
The contest is open to everyone and entry is free. Over 250 poets will be awarded $24,000 in prizes this year.
Entries should not be longer than 20 lines and the poet's name and address should appear at the top of the page.
