Two men exposed themselves to a man using the bathroom on the fourth floor of the Main Library Saturday afternoon.
The victim told police he was sitting in a stall in the bathroom when he noticed a man trying to peek through a gap in the stall. The victim said he blocked the gap with toilet paper to keep the man from watching him.
Police said the man somehow opened the stall door and and began masturbating in front of the victim. Another man, with his pants around his ankles and penis exposed, walked up and stood beside the masturbating man, the victim said.
The victim left the bathroom Òwithout finishing his businessÓ and called UAPD, police said.
The masturbating man was described as clean cut and about 50 years old, police said. A man fitting that description was spotted at North Cherry Avenue and East Speedway Boulevard and the victim positively identified him as the masturbating man in the bathroom.
Police said the victim seemed Òfrightened and disturbedÓ by the incident. The victim said he was Òvery offendedÓ but hesitated to press charges.
The man was released and the victim said he would call UAPD if he decided to prosecute.

Two 23-year-old men were arrested Sunday morning, one for possession of narcotic drugs and marijuana and the other for possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.
Jason R. Hanon, of the 1600 block of West El Rio Drive, and David S. Evan, of the 1100 block of North Park Avenue, were both arrested at the Park Avenue parking garage.
While searching the garage, police noticed a truck with two people inside parked on the top level of the garage. Police approached the vehicle and asked Hanon, who was in the driverÕs seat, what they were doing.
Hanon agreed to let police search the vehicle, at which point Evan gave them a glass pipe containing what seemed to be marijuana, police said.
Police asked Hanon if he wanted to hand over anything before the search began and he went to the vehicle and brought out a plastic bag containing a white powdery substance and an unknown substance wrapped in cigarette
Hanon told police the white powder was his and it was cocaine, police said. Evan said the substance in the pipe was marijuana and he had planned to smoke it right before police
Both men were handcuffed and searched, police said. Police then found a plastic bag of marijuana in EvanÕs front shorts pocket. Evan said the shorts were not his and he did not know marijuana was in the pocket, police said.
Evan was taken to UAPD, cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and released, police said.
Hanon, who was previously on probation, was booked into Pima County Jail.
