A 24-year-old architecture student was arrested Wednesday night after a computer lab attendant caught him printing more than 10 pages of sexually explicit material off the Internet.
Rules posted in the lab explicitly state no more than 10 pages may be printed at a time.
David Molinar, of the 1600 block of East Mabel Street, was also charged with disorderly conduct when in retaliation to the lab attendant tearing up his papers, he tore up another student's papers that were coming out of the printer.
The lab attendant called police when the student, who said he had not saved his work, said he wanted to press charges against Molinar.
Molinar was arrested and charged with theft less than $250 and disorderly conduct.

A 19-year-old student was arrested Wednesday at UAPD after he attempted to claim his recovered wallet, which had another person's identification in it.
Brian Barker, of the 2500 block of East Prince Road, was called by police to pick up his wallet, which was found on campus. When he arrived, police asked him about an identification in the wallet that resembled Barker but had a different name and birth date.
Barker told police he got the identification from a friend who found it at her work. Police called the friend, who confirmed she had taken the identification and given it to Barker.
Barker was arrested for theft less than $250 and released. The case is open pending an interview with the friend.
