Police received a call of an unwanted person in a McClelland Hall classroom, 1130 E. Helen St., Tuesday morning.

When police arrived they found John P. Fisher, 18, in Room 103. They said he was acting funny, moving constantly and bumping into walls. When police asked him to sit on the floor he began rolling around and attempting to stand up. It was not known whether Fisher is a UA student.

Fisher told police he had taken "Baby Blues" earlier in the morning. He did not know the real name of the drug. He was transported to University Medical Center for treatment.

When police contacted Fisher's mother she said he had been missing from St. Joseph's Hospital since early Tuesday morning. She said the hospital would take him back if he was readmitted within 24 hours.

Police Beat is compiled from official University of Arizona Police Department records.
