The UA's men's lacrosse team will be playing their second game in four days when they host Alfred University tonight.
The Laxcats and the Saxons will play at 7 p.m. at Tucson High School.
Laxcat coach Mickey-Miles Felton said this game will help give important insight to the team. He also said it will be important for his team and it will be a tough game.
"This game will give us the opportunity to find out if the guys will step up or be intimidated," Felton said. "It will also help us come together as we are progressing towards becoming a better team."
One of the major concerns of the team is the lack of depth on the roster. The Laxcats feel that in order to be able to keep up with the Saxons, they will need their entire roster healthy.
Unfortunately, that is impossible with many important members of the team injured.
For Felton, the situation is even tougher because the Saxons have solid players all the way through their lineup.
Felton said the key for staying in this game for the Laxcats will be to play smart and execute.
"They will come out very aggressive," Felton said. "We have to move the ball because they will be very hard to keep up with."
