Police arrested a 19-year-old student and charged him with disorderly conduct and possession of a fictitious drivers license Monday after he repeatedly refused to leave Navajo-Pinal-Sierra Residence Hall from which he had been evicted Sunday.

The hall director called David Alleh Monday to notify him of a lock change that would be made on his door Tuesday.

She said Alleh then became verbally abusive, came to her room and refused to leave until she called the director of residence life. When she called the director he advised her to contact UAPD.

Alleh then left her room and returned to his own where police contacted him soon after. When police asked Alleh to identify himself he pulled his identification out of his wallet and police noticed another license behind his real one. Alleh refused to give police the other license and police said he became angry and hostile.

Police then placed Alleh in handcuffs and arrested him. He was cited and released from the scene.
