Two UA students and a juvenile were arrested and charged Sunday for possession of marijuana on the fourth floor of Manzanita-Mohave Residence Hall.
Steven J. Fleet, 19, and Karissa F. Klotsche, 18, both residents of the residence hall, and a visiting 16-year-old male were arrested after a resident assistant told UAPD that residents of Manzanita-Mohave had to spray Lysol to cover the smell of marijuana smoke.
Klotsche allowed police to enter her room after police heard coughing inside. Police noticed six people in the room and clear plastic tape over the bottom of the door. She said the tape was to prevent cigarette smoke from entering the hallway, but said marijuana had been smoked in the room earlier in the day.
Police allowed three females in the room to leave and noticed the 16-year-old hiding something under a bed mattress. The male said the item was a "bong" that would be used for smoking tobacco. He then said he bought the bong for $60 to smoke marijuana and said, "What else do you use this stuff for?"
Klotsche and Fleet were arrested and released. The 16-year-old was taken to juvenile detention.

Police confiscated 58 illegally printed T-shirts with "University of Arizona" logos on them Saturday from the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, 1509 E. Second St.
Police were responding to an unrelated call when a box containing the shirts was delivered to the fraternity about 3 p.m. A UA employee in charge of UA copyrights and trademarks was present and said the print for the T-shirts was not approved. Police are investigating.

A 25-year-old man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Saturday morning at North Park Avenue and East Sixth Street.
Jerry D. Oltmanns, of the 400 block of North Granada Avenue, was arrested after police noticed a white Nissan truck driving west on Sixth Street crossing over into the eastbound lane. The truck also traveled about 55 mph in a 30 mph zone for about three blocks.
Police stopped the car and Oltmanns exited and said, "I know I'm too drunk to be driving."
Police obtained a search warrant and took Oltmanns to Tucson General Hospital for a blood test.
