While I find it hard to disagree with Mr. Vitale's assessment of the overcrowding of the Student Union's restaurants at the lunch hour (Sept. 15), I would hope that he would look inside the building at other times of the day. In our experience we know that the least crowded lunch times are on the half hour on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday you can generally walk in on the hour and not have to wait excessively in lines.
We make a serious effort to see that lines are kept to a minimum. Our staff appreciates everyone's patronage and we are consistently looking for ways to improve our food services here in the Union.
