Center gives family priority

Editor:

Being a returning student with a large family, I knew that my decision to return to school would be difficult for me and my family. Two things happened which are helping to make the transition much easier for all at my house.

First was the discovery of the Center for Off Campus Students with its New Traditional Student Lounge. Second was the formation of the Cats 'n' Cubs Student Parent Club, which meets Tuesdays from 1 to 2 p.m. in Student Union Room 349.

It is nice to belong to a club that is concerned about student parents and the issues that arise when students are attempting to balance studies with family priorities.
