University's clocks should work

It's Wednesday, Jan. 18. I'm rushing on the Mall. What time is it? I don't wear my watch these days, since I have not yet made up my mind whether to pay $8 for a new belt or buy a new watch! It should be around 12:30 p.m. However, the official clock on the tower disappoints me. It is frozen at 3:05 p.m. The other two were also dead with their frozen eyebrows.

If I hadn't been rushing, it would be a source of humor. I wish I could trust the sense of time of my university. I wonder, am I the only one who wishes so?
