Last year's win against Missouri was the only time that Coach Lute Olson's team in Arizona has beaten an opponent that was seeded equal to or higher than his team during the NCAA tournament. Therefore, it appears that although Coach Olson is a great coach, he is not a great tournament coach. However, UA has one of the best tournament coaches around. He is Coach Candrea of the women's softball team. I hope that Coach Olson will seek Coach Candrea's advice and learn some of his motivational tricks before next year's NCAA tournament. I think the one that may work well for Coach Olson is to promise his team that he will let them shave his head if they win the national championship.
