By the Numbers

30:

Years ago, the last time the Wildcat football team beat Ohio State. On September 30, 1967 UA scored the biggest win in Western Athletic Conference history when it traveled to Ohio Stadium's famous concrete horseshoe and defeated the Woody Hayes-lead Buckeyes 14-7. At the time no WAC Conference, which Arizona used to play in before joining the Pac-10, team had ever beat a Big 10 school.

The only other time the two schools have met was in 1991, a 38-14 loss in front of 92,743 people, the largest crowd at Ohio Stadium up to that point.
