Police arrested a Tucson man Sunday afternoon on suspicion of trespassing after he refused to leave campus, police reports stated.

Denny Glenn Walker, 38, of a general delivery address, was seen sitting on the east side steps of Kaibab-Huachuca Residence Hall, 922 E. Fourth St., at 6:31 p.m.

As the officer spoke to Walker, he noted a strong smell of what he believed was alcohol, reports stated.

Walker gave the officer a pocket comb and said it was his form of identification.

The officer offered to assist the man, who admitted to being intoxicated, but Walker refused his help, reports stated.

Police told Walker he needed to leave campus and he became "belligerent," reports stated.

Walker told the officer "you leave, I'm staying here," reports stated.

The man yelled at passersby and blocked the dorm's stairwell, reports stated.

After a physical struggle, police handcuffed Walker and took him to Pima County Jail.

As pre-trial services reviewed Walker's case, the man kicked the holding cell door and yelled, reports stated.

Walker was taken to booking services. When police told him to remove his shoelaces, Walker threw his shoes on the floor and said, "you take them off," reports stated.

Walker was then booked.

An employee called police Monday afternoon after discovering a lewd drawing etched into a bathroom stall, police reports stated.

The staff member told police a two-foot drawing of a naked man was found on the bathroom wall of the sixth-floor men's room in the Life Sciences North building, 1333 N. Martin Ave.

Most of the sketch was removed by a custodial employee, reports stated.

The employee told police she believed the drawing was created sometime between 5 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday, reports stated.

A student called police Sunday afternoon after a man allegedly approached her and asked if she wanted to purchase some cocaine, police reports stated.

The female student said she was in the 7-Eleven, 1901 E. Speedway Blvd., at 6:30 p.m. when the man spoke to her.

The student told police she left the store and found the man standing in front of her car. He allegedly asked the student, "would you like to buy some coke or rock?," reports stated.

The man then went to his car, which had another passenger inside, and left, reports stated.

The student jotted down the license plate number and gave it to police. Officers were able to find the car owner's name, but it was unknown if it was the man who approached the student, reports stated.

Police arrested a student Monday afternoon on suspicion of theft after a Zone One parking permit that belonged to a different student was found in his car, police reports stated.

Police went to the Parking and Transportation Services office, 888 N. Euclid Ave., and spoke with an employee.

She told the officer another employee found the "counterfeit" permit in a 1986 blue Honda Civic belonging to Adam M. Condit. The permit's serial number revealed a different owner, reports stated.

Condit, 19, told police he bought the permit from a man who lived in his apartment complex, reports stated.

Condit, of the 200 block of North Granada Avenue, said he paid $30 for the permit. He added that the man said he was moving and was unable to get a refund for the permit, reports stated.

Police cited and released Condit.
