An officer then stopped Thomas Miller, 33, of the 300 block of North Park Avenue, at the corner of East Helen Street and North Olive Road at 1:30 p.m. Miller denied sleeping at McClelland. When asked if police could search him, he admitted he had a needle in his pants, reports stated.
