Into the bloody fun of Halloween. but don't have time to dress up today? Stop by the Red Cross blood drive. You'll still get a glimpse of some gory sights, but it's all in the name goodwill. Carol Watkins can set you up with an appointment if you call her at 917-2825.

Your professor tells you papers must be objective, yet you're assigned to write a persuasive essay. What's up with that? She give you all the insider tips that'll guarantee you an A on your next paper. The workshop starts at 4 p.m. in Room 413 of the Modern Languages Building.

The School of Music and Dance will be jazzing it up tonight in a performance at Crowder Hall. Jazz II will perform at 7:30 p.m., so take an evening off from studying, work, life, whatever, and call MusiCall at 621-2998 to reserve your tickets.

If you're graduating at the end of the semester and you haven't done anything to prepare, you need to swing by the graduate fair on the Mall today. This is your chance to pick up your cap and gown, announcements, class ring, all that stuff that you don't really want but have to have. The Alumni Association will be out there recruiting members too. The fair will run from 10 this morning till 3 p.m. Call Beth Bujarski at 621-8475 if you need more information.
