Are you tired of walking around the crowded UA Mall during your lunch hour? Take a break from the endless booths filled with traveling salesmen, and check out the latest installment of the Physics Movie Series at 12:30 p.m. Today's video, "A Science Odyssey," chronicles 100 years of social and scientific forces and their impact on technology. The Center for Creative Photography presents John Reuter and his "Collaborations and Investigations" today at 5:30 p.m. Reuter will discuss his career and the artists he has collaborated with over the last 20 years. He will also share stories of his own investigations and research into Polaroid cameras and digital imaging. The talk will take place at CCP in the main viewing center. UA Media Arts moves to the screen with today's showing of "The Warriors." The suspenseful movie follows a street gang trapped in the Bronx. The film's cinematographer, Andrew Laszio, has worked on such classics as "The Phil Silvers Show" and "Newsies." The cult classic will be shown in the Aerospace auditorium at 7 p.m. If you have any further questions regarding future movie showings, please contact the Media Arts department at 621-7352.

Centennial Hall gets a taste of European culture as UA presents "Aeros," the Romanian gymnastics team. Complete with three American choreographers, Olympic gymnasts and sets designed by former Lion King costume designer, the show is sure to be a jaw-dropper. This performance has earned a sensational reputation throughout Europe, and graces the UA stage during its first American tour. The show begins at 7:30 p.m., and tickets, ranging from $22 to $34, can be purchased through the Centennial Hall Box Office at 621-3341.

The mysteries of the sky takes center stage at the Steward Observatory at this afternoon's "Look at the Ages of Low-Mass Stars." The program begins at 4 p.m. in room 204 and will focus on how stars are measured and how they are observed. Refreshments will be served afterwards and students of all majors are welcome to participate. Are you having trouble keeping up in your classes and can contribute some of the difficulties to English being your second language.
