Stand back as Germany's Annual Stimmen World Voices Festival graces the Centennial Hall with its first U.S. tour featuring vocal artists from around the world. Tonight's 8 p.m. performance includes a lineup of six performers from Mali to Madagascar. Clap your cymbals and march in time as the 48th Annual Band Day takes over Arizona Stadium tomorrow from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Get a glimpse of 35 of the Southwest's most colorful high school band marching bands as they compete for a variety of prestigious honors. The School of Music and Dance's day will kick off with a performance by UA's very own "Pride of Arizona." Tickets for the event range from $3 to $5 with a valid CatCard. Rise and shine! Spend your Saturday afternoon giving back to the Tucson community as the UA embarks on an All-Campus Philanthropy event from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Projects have been set up around town at non-profit organizations benefiting youth, the elderly and the poverty stricken. The day will begin at Social Sciences, room 100, with a complimentary breakfast. Volunteers will be transported to various sites and brought back to the UA for a free lunch and celebration.
