Sexual assault on Wednesday marks third in a month
Officials have not ruled out tie to Oct. 3 incident.
A 22-year-old woman was physically and sexually assaulted Wednesday afternoon near campus, the third sexual assault in the UA area in the past month, TPD officials said.
Sgt. Judy Altieri, spokeswoman for Tucson Police Department, said that although it is too early to tell, police have not ruled out the possibility of the Oct. 3 assaults on the 800 block of East Adams Street being related to the Wednesday incident.
