UA percussion students and faculty showcase genres as diverse as techno and Ragtime

CrossTalk is one of a kind - the only strictly electronic percussion group in the world.

The group, along with the University of Arizona's drum line and the Rosewood Marimba Band, will give a free concert tonight at 7:30 at Crowder Hall.

If this time of year makes you crave Christmas chorale music, go see the Foothills Phil perform its annual winter concert Sunday at 2 p.m. Laszlo Veres and Frances Veres conduct the group. The show is at the Catalina Foothills High School auditorium, 4300 E. Sunrise Drive. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under, and are available at the door.
