Five unknown subjects tore down a construction fence at a site on East Fifth Street and North Euclid Avenue on Wednesday, reports stated.

A security officer saw three males and two females pull down 16 12-foot sections of the fence and then run eastbound on East Fifth Street. The sections left standing were bent, reports stated.

The total amount of damage to the fence was unknown.


A Tucson woman was arrested after police pulled her over for running a red light at North Campbell Avenue and East University Boulevard on Wednesday, reports stated.

The woman told the officer that she did not know why she was pulled over. When he told her she ran a red light, she said, "Oh my God, I probably did but can't remember," reports stated.

The woman had no license, registration or proof of insurance. She told police that she had a license, but left it at home because it was broken in half. Dispatch informed the officer that the woman had a suspended license and that the registration for the vehicle was expired, reports stated.

The woman was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended license and was cited for running a red light, reports stated.

Police took the woman to Pre-Trial Services.


A UA employee reported a damaged snack machine on the second floor of the UA Stadium, 540 N. Vine Ave., Wednesday, reports stated.

An unknown subject broke into the machine and stole an undetermined amount of money. The machine is valued at $700, reports stated.


A UA student's Honda Civic was damaged while it was parked in the Administration Garage, 1340 E. Second St., Wednesday, reports stated.

The vehicle had white paint transfers and scratches along its passenger side and rear bumper, reports stated.

A note on the car told the student to call UAPD to make a report of the damage. There was no indication as to who left the message, however, or when the event occurred, reports stated.

Dispatch had no record of a damage report.

The spot next to the student's vehicle, which is a UA reserved parking spot, was empty, reports stated,

Police do not have any suspects or witnesses.


An unknown subject stole a pair of boots and a hat from a locker in the Student Union Memorial Center, 1303 E. University Blvd., Wednesday, reports stated.

The victim left his belongings in the locker on Tuesday, but when he returned on Wednesday, they were gone, reports stated.

He told police he was sure he locked the locker, reports stated.

Police have no suspects or witnesses.


A 1996 Dodge Neon was reported stolen Wednesday in a parking lot at 1040 N. Olive Road, reports stated.

The victim told police he parked the Neon in the lot Tuesday and when he returned on Wednesday the car was gone.

The Neon is valued at $3,000. There was no evidence left at the scene, reports stated.
