Saragosa to leave following injuries
Stefani Saragosa's dream of winning Arizona's first ever women's volleyball national championship is over for the senior, as she announced yesterday she is leaving the UA volleyball team.
Saragosa said she has been battling constant injuries and that is the reason she is calling it quits.
For the past three weeks, Saragosa has seen limited playing time due to a strain in her pectoral muscle and she said she was finally tired of constantly fighting to stay on the court.

Aching to shake that chronic cold
The small compartment on her blue backpack reads "Arizona Soccer" in white letters ÷ it's the team bag.
The bag still belongs to her, even though she technically doesn't belong to the team.
What started out as a medical hardship for former women's soccer member Liz Bartlett has become an emotional one öö but she's getting by.
"It didn't really set in until I saw the team warming up (against Drake)," she said. "It was one of my saddest moments."

Name: Kim Glass Sport: Women's volleyball Position: Outside hitter Year/major: Freshman/undeclared Latest highlight: Glass recorded her first 20-kill performance against No.10 Pepperdine over the weekend. Even though Arizona lost the match, Glass showed her ability to play against the nation's best teams. The 18-year-old came to UA as the nation's second best incoming freshman. Her teammate, Bre Ladd, was the first.
