Question: Do you think the police are taking appropriate steps to curb underage drinking?
"I think it's a little excessive. They should focus more on safety. Since I've been here, there's so much I'm more worried about than underage drinking."

Maybe they need to focus on other issues ... Whether or not they keep busting parties, people are going to find a way to get alcohol."

"It might be doing more to hinder the safety of students ÷ instead of staying at parties to sober up, they're running and jumping in cars to get away with alcohol in their systems."

"I don't think so ÷ I think the scare tactics they're using just cause more students to go underground ... it makes more people do it, and it makes it less safe."

"I think it's preposterous! I think that they're making a big deal out of it in this college town, when every other campus is extremely lenient."
Trisha Kelly dance and psychology freshman

"I think on some aspects, it's a good thing that they're cracking down, but they need to realize that it's a college campus and it's going to happen no matter what they do."
