Police seek man in Park shooting

The University of Arizona Police Department released a composite sketch yesterday of a man wanted in the investigation of the gunshots fired Sunday morning at the Park Student Union.
Police describe the man as a 19- to 20-year-old black male of medium height and weight. The man's hair was reported to be wet looking and wavy, about 11/2 inches long and short on the sides.
The man was last seen wearing a San Francisco 49ers Pro-Line jacket and black pants.
A Pima Community College Department of Public Safety officer saw the man waving a gun just after gunshots were heard outside the Park Union, 615 N. Park Ave., at 2:44 a.m. The officer was working off duty at a party being held inside the Union.
Police are asking anyone with information about the incident or the whereabouts of the man to contact 621-UAPD or to call 88-CRIME to remain anonymous.
