Publication of discriminatory cartoon contradicts editorial responsibility

The cartoon "Big Bag O' Happy" by Josh Proctor published in the Wildcat on Monday is disturbing to Catholics. How can you allow the degradation of Holy Communion, which is sacred to thousands of people in the university community? It is the duty of the editor not to allow any bashing and discrimination based on ethnicity, religion or gender. We ask you to be more responsible and respectful towards all members of the community.
