- Today is the last day to file an application for undergraduate degree
candidacy for May of 1998.

The Flandrau Science Center and Planetarium presents "The Comets are Coming," an exploration into the nature and origin of comets at 7:30 p.m. The Laser Light show features music from Nirvana and Pearl Jam at 8:30 p.m. General admissions are $5 and $4.50
for students.

The Memorial Student Union's Rotunda Gallery displays prints by Karen Fritzgerald and photographs by Kathleen Velo titled "Into Light" from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. -Building hours.

The Neurobiology Group and the Journal Club present Erwin Montgomery, associate professor of the Department of Neurology to speak on "A Systems Model of Parkinsons Pathophysiology" in the Gould-Simpson Building Room 601 from noon until 1 p.m.

The Applied Mathematics Modeling Seminar presents George David, of Hughes Aircraft, to speak on "Adaptive Array / Superresolution Processing" in the Math Building Room 402 at 12:30 p.m.

The Arizona Cancer Center's Faculty Science Fair displays research work by Cancer Center members in the Memorial Student Union's Senior Ballroom from 2:30 p.m. until 5 p.m.

The Memorial Student Union's Gallagher Theatre is showing "The People Vs. Larry Flynt" at 7:30 p.m. and 9:55 p.m. Admission is $2.50.
