Daniel S. Barbier, 18, a resident of La Paz Residence Hall, 602 N. Highland Ave., was cited by university police Nov. 12 on a second degree criminal trespassing charge. Barbier completed the Dean of Students' diversion program and the charge was dismissed March 26.


Edwin Campbell, 47, of the 200 block of South Stone Ave., was arrested by university police Feb. 20 on a second degree criminal trespassing charge. Campbell pleaded guilty March 21, was sentenced to 20 hours of community service and was ordered to stay away from the University of Arizona unless on official or school business.


Albert C. Epstein, 50, of the 600 block of East Seneca St., was arrested by university police Feb. 22 on a charge of second degree criminal trespassing. Epstein pleaded guilty April 9, was sentenced to six months unsupervised probation, was given a $40 suspended fine and was ordered not to return to the University of Arizona library until he is a student.


Mark H. Greene, 18, of Colorado Springs, Co., was arrested by university police Feb. 10 on a third degree criminal trespassing charge. Greene pleaded guilty March 3 and was fined $50.


Raymond F. Jackson, 24, of Casa Grande, was arrested by university police Feb. 6 on a charge of unlawful possession, use, production, sale or transportation of marijuana. A warrant was issued March 7 for Jackson's arrest after he failed to appear in court.


Joseph Laferriere, 41, of the 4700 block of East First St., was cited by university police March 28 on a charge of theft less than $250. Laferriere pleaded guilty April 5 and was fined $192.


John LeDuc, 44, of a general delivery address, was arrested by university police Feb. 14 on a disorderly conduct charge. A warrant was issued April 4 for LeDuc's arrest after he failed to appear in court.


Jeffrey M. Ochoa, 19, a resident of Hopi Residence Hall, 1440 E. Fourth St., was cited by university police Nov. 14 on a charge of theft of $100 or more. The charge was dismissed April 2 after Ochoa completed the Dean of Students' diversion program.


Garrett C. Pace, 23, of a general delivery address, was arrested by university police Feb. 25 on a charge of threatening and intimidating. Pace pleaded no contest Feb. 25 and was fined $193.


Sheila A. Payenson, 53, of the 3900 block of East Grant Road, was arrested by university police April 6 on a charge of possession of a dangerous drug. The charges were dismissed April 22.


Andre L. Shepard, 23, of the 7000 block of East Vernice St., was cited by university police Nov. 10 on a charge of unlawful possession, use, production, sale or transportation of marijuana. A warrant was issued Dec. 15 for Shepard's arrest after he failed to appear in court.


Ioannis Sochos, 28, of the 1400 block of West Calle Gallegos, was arrested by university police May 24 on a charge of theft less than $100. Sochos pleaded guilty Nov. 18, was fined $200 and sentenced to three months unsupervised probation.


Cole K. Wilder, 23, of a general delivery address, was cited by university police Nov. 21 on a charge of criminal damage less than $100 or less. A warrant was issued Dec. 19 for Wilder's arrest after he failed to appear in court.


William W. Yeaton, 42, of the 1000 block of East Lee St., was arrested by university police Oct. 28 on a disorderly conduct charge. The charge was dismissed March 12.
