Editor:
I'm writing in regards to a crime that took place within the last week. My wife had left her bicycle locked up between the Music building and the Theater Arts building between the dates of September 28 and October 1. On the evening of October 1, after mounting her bike and setting off toward a slope which exits onto Park Avenue, she discovered that the brakes had been completely removed from her bicycle.
I would like to share a few words with the individual who did this, if that individual reads this newspaper...
I don't know who you are and I don't know if you really needed those brakes and couldn't afford to buy your own, or if your intentions were to impose a malicious act on an unsuspecting victim.
Regardless of your motives, the act that you committed put my wife's health in serious danger. I don't respect them or you, nor do I condone them, and although I am not at liberty to judge you, there is One who is.
I pray that He executes righteous judgment against you, only He knows your heart. I hope He blesses you in accordance to how you have blessed us.
