Ship Clinton back to Arkansas

Editor:

It is completely beyond me why anyone with a conscience would vote to re-elect Bill Clinton. It has been proven time and again that the man is a LIAR and a HYPOCRITE. In 1992, he promised the American people a middle-class tax cut and campaign finance reform, along with numerous other things. Instead, he gave us the biggest tax increase in history (and made it retroactive) and still favors $100,000 per person fund-raising dinners to finance his campaign. This by a president who claimed to be in touch with the common man. If that isn't enough to illustrate my point, here is more:

The Clintons did not report the enormous profits they received on cattle futures on their tax returns, yet they demand that everyone else "pay their fair share." And what about Bill Clinton's "vivid and painful memories" of churches burning in Arkansas when he was a child? No such thing even occurred, except perhaps in his imagination when it seemed politically advantageous for him. And what about all those FBI files stashed in the White House?

Need I go on?

The president may say what people want to hear, but he acts only to serve his own interests. It is not a question of agreeing with his position on the issues, but whether you can trust that his position will be the same from one day to the next. Bill Clinton is a man who has no integrity or respect for the office he presently occupies. He should be shipped back to Arkansas in January.
