The Navy ROTC unit of the University of Arizona's color guard stands with the battalion during its change of commander ceremony yesterday. Midshipman Capt. William Reilein was relieved of duties as commanding officer and officer candidate Kelly Fletcher became the new battalion commanding officer during the ceremony. The ceremony took place in front of Old Main.
