'Wonder Years' used quote first

In the September 12th edition of the Wildcat, you printed the quote "In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king" as being said by University of Utah basketball coach, Rick Majerus.

I thought that you should know that this exact same quote was said on the television show "The Wonder Years" by the character of Kevin Arnold.

I'm not sure if this is a widely-used quote, but if this quote was made of recent, I am pretty sure that it was first said on "The Wonder Years" as it ran several years ago.
