Associated Press Arizona Daily Wildcat In his first NBA All-Star appearance, the Los Angeles Lakers' Kobe Bryant goes for the spectacular play against the Atlanta Hawks' Dikembe Mutombo during the first half of the game at New York's Madison Square Garden yesterday. Bryant, the youngest All-Star in NBA history, went head to head with Michael Jordan, in what may have been his last All-Star game appearance. Bryant scored 18, but Jordan scored 23 while his East team beat the West 135-114.
