UA faces Rice University on road trip
The UA men's tennis team is in Houston today to compete against the University of Texas-Pan American. Tomorrow the Wildcats will face Rice University.
The Wildcats are 1-3 on the season and 0-2 in Pacific 10 Conference play. Arizona is currently ranked No. 45 by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association
The number one position for UA is held by senior Adnan Novo, who is 2-2 overall on the season. He is currently having difficulty with an injured shoulder.
"It is doing better," he said.
Junior Jean-Noel LaCoste is 0-4 this season, though all his matches have been close. Playing on the third court will be senior Pascal Salasca and on the fourth court is junior Michel Stopa, who are both 2-2 in season play. - Katie Fonken
